Times Of India — Adjustment Subscribtion period complaint due to Covid

Dear Team,
I am Anjubala Rao and my Customer ID Is MU[protected].Subscription Period is 2/12/2019 to 4/12/2021.
Due to Covid I didn't received newspaper from 23/ 3/2020 till 31/8/2020 for which I raised a complaint in the month of July 2020 and
I got mail confirmation from crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com that "it will get subscription period will be adjusted for as many days you have not received your copies".
But now I got to know that last date of subscription is 8/2/2022.
Pls note that I didn't received the copies for 5 months and 7 days.Then how come the adjusted subscription period is so less.
Need your resolution favorably.

Still i haven't received any response...
Unprofessional ...even CRM team is not replying.For renewal n no.of msgs I m receiving but none of them are eager to solve the resolution
