Times Of India — Advertisement not published after taking payment

Kindly see my msg below ; not satisfied with your respondent, I wrote to the gentleman below for immediate action but no response from him .
I had paid for a repeat ad on 25/6 after agreeing 4 dates by your caller including 27/6 but they not only missed that Sunday, another Sunday has also passed ;
Need someone senior to urgently intervene pls as I have suffered a huge loss !
