Dear sir,
I had paid an amount of 600/- in cash to our delivery boy for an renewal of my annual subscription with required documents month of july 14th 2018 and was informed the subscription starts from 1st aug. As there was no delivery of paper to my house in august, i had contacted mr. Arun +91 [protected] (Area representative of toi) and he told me that this should start on 16th aug. I had waited for a weeks time and again on 20th aug i contacted and was again told this shall already be started and the delivery boy had not started.
I was surprised and contacted the delivery boy and he had informed that arun had not initiated anything on my subscription. I had repeatedly called arun and toi customer care[protected] and was told the delivery starts from 1st sept 2018, also had sent sms to arun on reminder of date and he acknowledged on 31st aug that it shall resume and till date, there is no delivery of paper and also no response from arun. I had also spoken to his manager shravan (+91 [protected]) and gave the details of my whatsapp conversation with arun about the concern. The matter fact is the same adamant response i had received like arun.
What i feel is completely cheated by your times group which i had great regards and request to refund my money back when you could not fulfill my subscription.
I shall also brief this on all social media about the way you all treated me.
