Times Of India — Annual Subscription payment done but newspaper delivery not started

Dear Team Times,
I have made the payment of Rs. 499/- for annual subscription of Economic TImes on 5th November but delivery of news paper is yet to start. Can you please let me know the date you are going to start the delivery of same.
