This is to inform that I did renew my subscription w.e.f 01/10/2020 for a period of 12 months in Online mode via the link mentioned below.But sorry to mention that I my really frustrated with the service rendered to me as a customer.The reason for the same is as follows:
In the last 5 instances particularly on Sundays I have been getting Telegraph delivered to me instead of your paper.On calling up the newspaper Vendor Mr.Prasun Chatterjee-Bally he gives the reason that there is short supply and hence have to read Telegraph instead of TOI.Not only this even when I called up the TOI representative Mr Samar Sarkar who followed up for this renewal process is completely lacking any sense of customer handling and told me that I can complain to anybody in TOI and nothing will happen.
My question to TOI team if this is the level of service which I am getting I will think twice to renew next time and will also put this in social media .
Hence please treat this as a serious complaint and sent me a confirmation on the resolution done.
