The article supported by a ‘picture of the restaurant’ states that the outlet could not survive the pandemic and is thus, permanently closed – which is a false reporting. The Great Kabab Factory at Sector-18 Noida is a franchisee outlet (franchised by Umak Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.) and was permanently shut even before the first wave of Covid-19. The closure of the outlet was an outcome of the orders from brand owners/franchisors to the franchisee (due to the non compliance of brand SOPs, royalty payments and other internal issues).

The Great Kabab Factory is a very successful 23 year old brand and we swell with pride that the brand has survived every test of time. We have at every platform shared our brand’s success story and its survival even through the pandemic. However, this article is misleading and has deeply impacted our reputation and created wrong impression on our patrons and potential market. The facts mentioned in the article pertaining to The Great Kabab Factory are entirely and severely false.
