Times Of India — Change of address and renewal of subscription for Times of India in Navi Mumbai

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra

I have subscribed Times of India Mumbai edition from 16.06.2014 and my ID is 29805047, Lead Number [protected] and Vendor 21573933. I have now shifted from Nerul (W) to Kharghar Sector 10 and would like to change my address and also renew my subscription for next one year. Kindly advise me as to how to proceed in this matter.
