Times Of India — change of address informed but news paper not started

I paid subscription on june 2018 and then i change my address and inform and mailed my new address,
my subscription no. Is [protected], , i had already called two to three times at your call centre helpline but til date news paper not started, please send my news paper as per my subscription at my new address
