As per price printed on paper and multiply by 31 days ie. Rs 111. He charge me rs.150. And argued me it is fixed by times of india. Is it correct.? This is for graham suraxa complain. Pl reply. Even after my repeated complaint, i have not received the times of india newspaper for the past 80 days. They simply send the apologise messages on receipt of complaint but no result on sending papers. I am residing in Poonamallee, Chennai-56, my mobile No.[protected].
