Times Of India — charging more money for news paper

My vendor (Shakshi news paper agency), charging more money. He is charging 170 rs. Monthly/from monday to friday 4.5 rs. + satuday/sunday - 6 rs. I am taking 10 news paper on daily basis for our hospital patient. Due to audit objection with his bill, i told not to charge more than printed rate then he refused to deliver. So i finalised other vendor but after 2 days other vendor told me that shakshi news paper threated me as i am delivering you paper so i will not able to deliver further.
