I have made the payment of rs799 on 26th October 2021 towards annual subscription of news paper. Received acknowledgement from times of India as well as from the bank. But newspaper not delivered by agent(Hari agents, Agaram/Jawahar nagar, Chennai 600082.) who says paper not being received by him. My calls to the customer care service since 26/10/2021, does not serve the purpose, and call being disconnected after knowing the name. I think that the organization cheated me.
