I had given a request for matrimonial advertisement on 04.08.17 and i made the payment for it on the very same day. I was told by your executive mr. Asad phno. [protected] that add will be printed for next 4 sundays. It was duly printed for 3 sundays 6, 13 and 20. But add was not printed on last sunday 28 because of your team technical negligence. Reason being they printed my add twice in the paper of 20 aug.
Now my question is why should i suffer due to your team negligence and on the top of that mr asad is scolding me that why i didn't inform him after 20 aug?
How could i inform when i myself wasnt aware that ur team had printed my add twice on 20 aug.
I checked my add in first row on 20 and then why should i go through entire column to check how many times my add is printed?
Now ur team has denied to print one add which is left for last sunday?
Is this the customer service of reputed newspaper like yours? It was my first experience of matrimonial advertisement but i am highly disappointed by the service and behaviour of your employees and then you want customer to bear the loss by accepting that add was by mistakenly printed twice.
