Times Of India — Delivery of newspaper at higher cost

Address:Gurgaon, Haryana

In Gurgaon, TOI & HT newspaper vendor charges Rs 170 pm each against max cost of Rs 140, payable in advance, and service is poor. Vendor will charge flat Rs 170 pm, even when there is strike, no publication & non delivery. Newspapers are unconcerned of their attitude. If you raise any question, the supply is STOPPED with immediate effect. Is it not ridiculous?

True, same problem is faced by me several times and my vendor has threatened me to stop the delivery of my two newspapers from tomo. onwards. Going to take action against him now.
