Times Of India — Delivery of times of india newspaper

I, mahesh. C have shifted my residence from chennai to coimbatore on 28th july 2020.
Subsequently i had paid for toi subscription online for year mentioning my new coimbatore address.
However no communication has been received from toi office regarding the coupon they normally sent by post.
My new address:
