The dog owners did not even keep ajar, (roll down a single window slightly), so that their dog could breathe fresh air, and instead, it was breathing stale, asyphixiating air for all those hours. Please publish this to publicly shame the dog owner, so that others do not repeat this mistake. Thank you.
