Times Of India — Economic times delivery issue

Address:No 99 , D1 , Harrington road , 15th avenue , Chetpet -600031 , Chennai , Tamilnadu

I have subscribed for economic times for 6 months on 19th July 2021 and it’s been two weeks I haven’t received the paper even once. I am not sure what is happening or if anyone is even bothered at the times to look into it despite my repeated complaints
