I had subscribed for Economic times newspaper on 14.10.2020 by paying annual subscription fee of Rs.449. Subscriber ID- CH[protected].
Newspaper delivery was to commence from 02.11.2020 for 1 year. However even after a lapse of 20 days (from 02.11.2020) the newspaper delivery has not started.
I have complained multiple times vide mail and call but the response from customer care doesn't seem to bring any change.
I had finally written for
1. Refund of my subscription fee by cancelling my subscription due to deficiency in service &
2. Requested for their grievance redressal contact details.
Both requests have been met with indifference and NIL response.
The worst part is that the Area manager (Aravind [protected]) who is supposed to handle this complaint as per their SMS has not contacted me and his number remains switched off permanently.
I feel cheated and want this kind of misinformation, lack of service, poor response, indifferent customer care attitude of this newspaper and the people connected in this matter to be brought to book and dealt with suitably.
