I have enrolled for the annual membership for the economic time's paper at the end of November month. The representative on phone told me I will receive my paper on December 1 and now the date is December 24 still I didn't receive the paper for one day. I called customer service 7 times and they didn't even solve my issue every time they connect with the area sales manager. Whenever I call they gave me a false hope that I will receive my paper tomorrow and for almost a month, I didn't even receive a paper for a single day.
