I subscribed for TOI newspaper for 2 yrs and during the entire 2 years i kept facing issues of non-receipt of newspaper numerous times for long periods and other issues of trying to deal with the vendor and asking for help from CRM team of TOI. Even though i highlighted my grievances over the calls and emails to their CRM section, i only got intermittent standard statements but no resolution to my complaint which i find very disappointing from a well known and established brand like TOI.
With such a high reputation of TOI on which i trusted and paid in advance to enroll for 2 year subscription i learned a lesson to not repeat the mistake again.
I wished my complaints over the calls and quite a few emails had been answered for solution and i was compensated for the loss of service period and they really had a back end system to address such issues.
