Dear sir/madam, With reference to the advertisement published in times of india, bangalore copy dated 13th september, 2017, on page # 22 (Full page) attached herewith; i would like to file a complaint of cheating against hypermarket and indiatimes group. Even 11 days after, i have not got the delivery of goods which i paid for. The details of invoice from hypermarket is attached herewith. The customer care number provided by the hypermarket app as[protected] is switched off since the day of payment. And there is no other mode of contact (Email has no reply) to the hypermarket group. I request you to please look into the matter and justify the delay in delivery through either by indiatimes or by hypermarket and refund me the money along with Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have always been a big fan of TOI since childhood. What I found disturbing is the new column of agent rana. Everyone reads newspaper in a house and it doesnt seem to be suitable for children due to some vulgar words and pictures. Please stop publishing this column.
