Times Of India — Gift offered to me for renewal of my annual subscription

I was sent a msg that in case I renew my subscription for 1 year paying Rs 699 I will be offered a laptop bag. I had renewed my subscription and sent the details with your msg to claim my gift but now it is denied and inspite of multiple reminders I have not got any reply of my mail and if I am trying to call from my registered mobile no they are not answering my call not reverting a call.
