Times Of India — Harassement For Subscription

In the last 8mths I submitted for subcription of Times Of India twice.Both the times I submitted all required documents.Times of India misplaced it.For the third time I submitted all documents on 4/3/15.All i got is a message saying that my subscription No.is [protected].Nobody bothered to follow up.This is redicules????????
