Times Of India — I have already paid for One Year Subscription, but still not yet got Physical Coupons

Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that in the middle of August, 2021, I have already paid Rs.770.00 through Online for Renewal of Annual Subscription of News Paper.

Kindly note that when I contacted your
Customer Care Department about the delay in receiving Coupons, the Lady, Ms. Prerona informed me that The Times of India has Stopped Sending Physical Coupons. Instead they will send me a SMS Link, which I have to Click and the News Paper Vendor will get his money.

After listening this, I was totally confused. I contacted my Vendor, Mr. Gour Saha and he told me that he has not yet been informed about the change of mode of payment.

Mr. Gour Saha, my Vendor, requested me to talk to you and ask for the physical coupons as he never ever done any online transaction.

Then, I talked to your Customer Care Department, Ms. Prerona again for sending me Physical Coupons.

She told me that within 21st October, 2021, somebody will come to my place will deliver the coupons.

In between, as I am not getting the Coupons, I have already sent an Email, expressing my concern, not getting the Coupons.

Please note that I am a Sr. Citizen of 68 Years and very very old subscriber of Times of India, really facing harassment from your colleagues.

Kindly note that today morning I got a Whatsapp Message from Times Group conveying me whether I am getting my News Papers regularly or not. This message contains a Link, where I have to confirm my Address Details.

I clicked the Link and confirmed my Address.

But it was around 03.00PM, Prerona called me and informed me that as I have Clicked the Link and confirmed my Address that signifies that I have already Redeem the Payment for the Vendor.

Please note I never saw any kind of Redeem Message when Clicked the Link. It was asking for my Confirmation of my Address only.

Kindly note that if I am unable to give the Physical Coupons to my Vendor, I have to pay him Cash on Monthly basis, even though I have already paid Through Online Rs.770.00 in the Middle of August, 2021 to Times of India.

Your Customer Care Department is making me Fool, after sending me WhatsApp Message to Confirm my Address Details only. They never ever asked me to Redeem the Payment for the Vendor. And I also didn't Receive any Successful Confirmation of Redeem Payment as usually if we go through any Online Payment, where we Usually Got Successful Transaction.

Therefore, kindly arrange to send me Physical Coupons Immediately as it is Already Late for the Payment to my Vendor.

Please, Repeat, Please Do Not Harass Me Any More as I am a Senior Citizen and Very Very Old Subscriber of Times of India.
