Times Of India — i paid the money in advance but still i am not getting the paper.

I paid the money for next one year for bengali paper (Ai somay). I paid the money on 26 th june 2020 through online payment, and received the official confirmation message from the times group but till today on 18 july 2020 i am not getting the news paper. And the employee of times group namely suparna koley (Mob no - [protected]) who informed me about this offer, now she is not receiving my calls intentionally so i am humbly requesting you to take necessary steps and provide assistance to me. Thank you
