I took a plan for nov 16 to nov 17 for newspaper. I paid whole money in advance through cheque. I am not getting the paper from one month. After so many complaints also my problem is not getting solved. The company man gives a lollypop that he will deliver tomorrow but that tomorrow is not coming.
