Times Of India — Irregular delivery, missing papers | |||
Of late, we have been experiencing issues with TOI Chennai. Most of the days, the newspaper gets delivered very late or no delivery at all. Sometimes Chennai Times is missing. We never experienced this before and that is why we continued to subscribe to TOI. We live in Mogappair, Chennai 600101. Not aware of the person's name who delivers the paper.
