Hello, My name is R. Rajaraman. I live in Thiruvallur, Tamilnadu, India. I would like to register a complaint about irregular newspaper delivery. I hardly received only 7-10 days in October 2021. Mr. Suresh, Thiruvallur agent delivers at his whims and fancies. His contact number is always in switched-off mode. TOI's Toll-free number also doesn't work but directs me to check the number I dialed. CRM's number is also not reachable. Please pull up the agent and see the delivery is being done regularly.
