I am sending this mail with really frustrated that today the Paper has not delivered as committed..
I have shifted to my new house 3 years back and I used to get the paper properly.
Suddenly April 05 onwards it has been stopped even though I have renewed for one year subscription and telling Address has not updated.
After that I have raised 6 complaints also and frequently sent mails.
As a customer it led to great dissatisfaction and till now, I didn’t receive the paper as committed.
Please refund the renewal amount further I am not interested to do any transaction.. Was this information helpful? |
