Times Of India — irregular supply of toi newspaper

I have a standing complaint with your office and have been asking them to refund the annual subscription charges after deducting the due amount from the day of renewal to the last supply of newspaper. As of date, no action has been initiated, other than sending unwanted sms. Could you please look into and arrange the money today itself. Of my repeated requests, your people not attending.Till date neighter I have received any response from your side not paper.
PL arrange either paper or refund.
