There may have been an ad published in your newspaper by isequalto company. I had applied for the job of content creator. I went to their andheri office thrice. Once for demo session and twice for creating content which was an interview. Indrani dey of isequalto group told me that she would let me know about the mobile app on which i could create content. But she turned hostile towards me and did not select me and will not give me work too. This means they are not genuine recruiters. They only want to trouble candidates and do not want to give job also. I will send you email communications between me and ms. Dey to analyse whether they are right or wrong in taking interviews and then rejecting. Hr isequalto

Dear teacher,

Thank you for attending our session today. As discussed, we are looking for content creators for sections of our app.

If you were excited or intrigued by our work and are interested in continuing your application to isequalto, kindly submit the following assignment.

The assignment will be to create content for the different sections of the app:

1. Q&a section

Identify and list the good sources for questions and reference material/books for your subject, for both cbse and icse.
Briefly explain how you would ensure the complete coverage of the material, for both cbse and icse boards.
Do 5 q&a with hints for each subject you want to create content for. Mention the grade the questions are for.

2. News feed section
What topics and sub-topics would you include, that are related to your subject? It should be interesting pertinent topics, may or may not be related to the syllabus. For example, category for perfume, strange insects, suede leather, hair colour, etc.
Please create a table in excel on your breaking down of interesting categories and sub categories related to your subject and classify each category according to age/grade level.
Submit 10 news/trivia articles:
Can be on any topic, related or unrelated to your subject.
Should be interesting/ intriguing for students, not just a regular statement of facts.
Articles should be 60 words or less.
Each article should have a title, that gives a brief description instead of a cryptic one.
Give the source link of the information for each article you are writing (Wikipedia should not be a source).

Hello ma'am,

We requested you to sign an nda, not an agreement letter. It is a standard document that we require a person to sign before we discuss our product with them.

We evaluated the content you had prepared on the two days that you were here. We feel that there is a great learning curve required before your contributions are acceptable to be published on to the app. Hence we have taken a decision to not expand the team. I hope that explains our decision to you.
