This is Mohammed Azimuddin from MVP colony, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
We have been using this paper since you started issuing it.
The problem is faced during rainy season. The agent recklessly throws the paper without even considering that it will get wet. On asking for a replacement we don't get an answer.
Even after continuous requests of giving the paper in a proper manner in dry place, he doesn't take it into consideration.

Please look into this matter and resolve it as early as possible.
