I have paid for the subscription in advance (20-Jun-22) for TOI. I am not getting news paper since last few days. In order to check for the issue, I called "Mr. Praful" who came to collect advance amount at my home in the month of June and I took a vendor on a con-call so that everyone can be on a same page. Instead of resolving my issue, Mr. Praful started the chat with "why I have taken a vendor on a call" and started giving mouthful answers and asked me again to "shut up" on a call. This is not the kind of service I am expecting from a prestigious news paper agency like Times of India. If someone is collecting advance money, the service should not be stopped/paused, it should be in continuation. I would request to start my subscription at the earliest and I would also request to take strict actions against Mr. Praful so that in future, prospective customers should not face what I have faced today.
