Times Of India — My Newspaper not delivered for 10 days to my new residential address

I've shifted to my new residential address has below:-

D2 Block Flat no: 401(4th floor)
Elaya Street,
Tondiarapet,
Chennai-600081.

My subscription Id/Order No: NDB 003273 with HDFC Cheque no: 733096 dated 9th March 2016.

Please take action to deliver Times of India newspaper to my new residential address above at the earliest as for one week I haven't availed your service.
