Times Of India — News paper being dropped on the floor

My subscriber I'd is CH[protected].
Of late the paper boy is dropping the paper on the floor in front of my apartment.since I don't have his contact details I am unable to discourage the same. I am worried about the unhygeinic practice that could be avoided especially during the current pandemic.
