I am Shoma Bhattacharjee, i live in Adyar Chennai, My mobile number is [protected]. I had recently renewed my Subscription for TOI (16.06.2023) my subscriber id is [protected]. Sice my renewal i am not been getting my newspaper, i have raised several complaints with their customer suppot number. one Ms. Sathya from customer support told me that the issue will be resolved, but they just do not bother to return their call or to reply us. After continuously trying they gave a the number of Times of India Manager Mr. Balajee's Number([protected]) i tried taling to him also but he says that because we did not pay the vendor directly and made our subscription through TOI directly they will not issue paper hence forth.
I totally fail to understand as to what is the mistake of the subscriber. For renewal TOI group keeps calling continuously but after payment they do not respond. I need help from the consumer cell to resolve this issue. I have paid Rs. 1149 for my annual subscription Either they should refund the amount or theyyy must issue paper. I kindly request the consumer complaint forum to intervene.
