Times Of India — News Paper Not delivered at home past 3 days

I have subscribed for Times of India Newspaper Chennai edition from 23-July onwards.

The papers are not delievred for 2 days in Aug-21. Then after contact CRM - Chennai and Email sent to them, its resolved.
Again, they stop paper delivery for the past 3 days 12-Oct-21; 13-Oct-21; 14-Oct-21.

I called local vendor and he stops responding to me and not picking up my mobile.
[protected] : tried to reach this Toll free and call is not going.
Sent an email to CRM Services Chennai and No response.

Please help me with the right person / email to escalate.
