Times Of India — news paper not received. unable to submit the delivery address through sms

My customer id :[protected].
I have not received a single news paper though i paid the required amount long back. The sms facility is not working. It repaeatedly sends the otp but not accepting. It looks to be complicated. Once three times over asks me to wait for 24hrs.

I have paid for this annual subscription but no one turned up and not a single paper came till date . I was suppose to receive from 1 St September 2018 but it's already October . I did complain at toll free too but I didn't hear from them again
