Times Of India — news paper subscription renewal amount collected correctly but newspaper is not getting delivered for almost 1 month

Times of india renewal amount has been collected and also it got debited from my account on July 2 2018. Still the subscription has not started. Here is the compliant number [protected]. While calling the given helpline number[protected], they are disconnecting the call without answering. I dont require such kind of followups for subscription matters. I kindly request to cancel the subscription and refund the amount. The person should be responsible for making the delivery smooth when he is intended in collecting the amount.
