Times Of India — Newspaper absence after subscription

I'm Bezalel Blessingson from Chennai, I paid my subscription for times of india in online on 26/12/2021 . The customer service said you will receive newspaper from 1/01/2022 But I still haven't received any newspaper since the day of subscription. please take a quick action about this complaint and I'm hoping to get a soon reply from you
