Shivam Patel +[protected] is the person who circulates TOI newspaper to us. In April 2021 we havent received newspaper 4 times. Whenever we try to connect them, they do not pick up the calls and if he does then mention that today they have forgotten today. Its a loss to us, as they have taken full year payment from us.
