Times Of India — Newspaper Delivery Issue - No Gurgaon Times on Sundays

I do not receive the Gurgaon Times every Sunday for 3 consecutive weeks. The dates are as 16th, 23rd and 30th May.
Have raised it with the delivery boy, who says that he will deliver but never does. This is becoming a repeating event - mostly on weekends the supplementary newspapers are not received.
