Times of india newspaper agent is not ready to put paper in mangalam colony, annanagar west, chennai - 600040. This is really unacceptable and i would like to escalate this matter to senior management of times of india and this is making me an issue on daily basis. Please do the needful in sorting it out. I subscribed for one year economic times. I received message that I will be recieving news paper from 2nd Sept 2019. But today i.e., 5th September I have not recieved any news paper. I have called several times on the helpline no provided [protected]. but each time I am getting message the attendents are busy on other calls.
