Times Of India — newspaper - distribution

I have registered for a yearly subscription dated on 16.05.2019 till 15.05.2020. Paper was distributed from 07.06.2019, that too after so many follow ups, calls which was initiated everyday as a routine job to rajarajan and suresh. Paper is not distributed on all the sundays. If inquired, these two persons are switching off their phones. And also if asked about the refund of the money and cancellation of yearly subscription, both rajarajan and suresh are replying bad about the times group (Your company) and shamelessly saying that they won't take the complaint henceforth no initiative measures can be taken.
We didn't receive paper for the past three days. I am also complaining to the times group's customer care number[protected] from past three days. A lady attended and introduced herself as priya and asked me to contact mr. Keshavan ([protected]). I'm constantly calling to this number and also getting reply which read "i'm in a meeting, will call you back", but he didn't respond back till this second. Got the same reply even today.
Finally i got fed up and called back to the times group's customer care number[protected], for which she irresponsibly replied by asking me to mail the complaint. She replied this after three days of struggle which i went through in registering the complaint.
I want my money back hence i want that authority who is in charge, to cancel my yearly subscription because i don't have time to struggle with these agents and the delivery person who are bad at communication and least bothered about the paper delivery or the complaints which is raised by his customers.

Being a yearly subscriber, we are not receiving paper regularly. Have complained many times to customer care and sent several mails, but, no response. Pls. Cancel my subscription and return my money back. Memebers involved : delivery agents (Rajarajan, suresh), customer care (Priya[protected] / keshavan mob. No. ([protected])
