Times Of India — Newspaper not delivered and poor customer service

The Order No #TS0044888 placed on 24 July 2021 for 6 months. I want further renewal of subscription to be cancelled forthwith. The response of company is very poor and they have not provided any exit clause for cancellation of future subscriptions.
