My subsciption id is[protected]
I susbscribed to TOI for several years.
Last year also subscription started after 20 days and TOI said that compensation would be given by extend the date in this year.
This year extention is not happening for me. so i lost 20+ days and i was cheated by TOI or Area Manager or Agent
In the same way, I have paid subscription and my subscription suppose to start on 1st July 2018 and till date i didnt receive any TOI.
I called consumer complaints[protected] and registered comlaints ([protected] dt.12.07.2018 / [protected] dt 13.07.2018 /[protected] dt.1307.2018 / [protected] dt 14.07.2017) for past three days, till date no response from their side.
I request to cancel the subscription that too not happened.
Since, I am very much frustrated, dont want to get TOI hereafter.
