Times Of India — Newspaper Not Delivered Regularly

Address:C4 31, Mahindra Nagar, Malad East

I have 2+ years of subscription of TOI and ET (Mirror on Sunday). The delivery of ET / Mirror is not regular. Every once in a while 8-10 days, ET / Mirror does not get delivered.
The vendor is non-responsive and company customer care hasn't helped.
I have already lodged a complaint with TOI CRM[protected].
Please look into this matter urgently, newspapers are as basic as daily meals. And, lame excuses / non-responsiveness creates mental agony and stress.
