I had paid an amount for an annual subscription of Times Of India Newspaper on 08-Dec-2022. There was no response from Times Of India after the payment was done. I just received a message for an annual subscription message request. When I enquired TOI on 19-Dec-2022, I was informed that in my area annual subscription is not supported. I asked for the REFUND in that case. TOI said that it will be processed in 3 to 4 business days. But till now the REFUND has not been initiated. I am calling customer care daily, sending emails daily to crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com, but of no use. From the customer care executive I just get false promises of getting back. But there is no information about the refund.
Please try to resolve this issue ASAP. I have been a Times Of India customer for the last 10 years, but am losing all the trust now. In the world of digital payments it hardly takes 3 days to refund any amount. Not sure why Times Of India is taking so long.
Just hoping that maybe the complaints is monitored by someone and someone in TOI actually cares about customer satisfaction. Was this information helpful? |
