Times Of India — No newspaper received

My subscription was supposed to start on 7/11/2021 but till date I have not received any newspaper. I'm calling from chennai and I called their customer care number but as soon as I mention anything about my newspaper not being received, they cut the call. I also sent an email to them but there has been no reply. This is for customer id CH[protected].
