Times Of India — no newspaper / why me? | |||
Very funny experience. I have been a subscriber of times of india for 5 years. The delivery person unfortunately died and the chap who took is a very arrogant fellow. While renewing my subscription in feb2018, i had been to times of india office, gave my cheque and asked for a change of delivery person. I was promised. But it is may2018 and no newspaper. I need the subscription validity to be changed for one year from say 01june2018 and the person who delivers has to be of my preference. I have sent 50 mails, 100 phone calls and been to their office twice. Nothing happens at bennett & coleman whose focus is on the newspaper and not on individual subscribers.
