Times Of India — non delivery of paper despite repeated calls and mail

There was no supply of paper from nov 2017 to dec 2017. After repeated complaints, toi agent promised that the issue will not repeat. Alas, promises are meant to be broken and again for the past one month, the agent has not delivered the paper. I have called and registered a complaint multiple times (Complaint no [protected]) and have also sent email thrice. The issue is still not resolved and neither is there any refund to my money.
